He enjoys to hide under the cloak of the internet thinking that no one has any power to serve him with legal paperwork or send authorities to his house. Luckily for the victims of the SomethingAwful community, SomethingAwful LLC is a registered business with the state of Missouri. It just takes some digging to get the information.

Also it has been determined that in 2003 Lowtax was guilty of not paying taxes in the state of Washington on his business income. The state IRS department surely wasn't aware of the fact that the majority of his income was made off movie, mp3 and software piracy. Perhaps some day the state of Washington and Missouri including the national government will find out that Lowtax made truckloads of cash off piracy registrations from 2001-2005 at which point he moved file forums offsite to hide the income and protect himself as much as possible.
Lowtax is quite the moral character. It is such a wonder that he has so many twisted cultists defending him at every corner. Hive mind in effect.

As for "the great state of Washington and Missouri", who don't know that Lowtax Kyanka makes his money "off of pirated mp3s, DVDs, and games" (And not off of the ad space, forum costs, and people hitting his site?
