You people ask for proof or evidence and then when I post it, I get reported for TOS violations of posting "Confidental Information". Virtually anything I can post as proof would be immediately deleted just like the last post was. So, it looks like the SA cultists win the privacy war here just like they did on Wikipedia WDMA entry.

The new pirate sites require direct links to Something Awful profiles but the Something Awful forum admins themselves act as if they know nothing of the linked file sites. They do ban to make it look as if there is no tie and they will completely avoid admitting that the forums existed in the past. The funny thing is though, admins and moderators of the file sites have been quick to contact those banned to give them updated links and profile information. This may have changed recently, but RabidLeper or Ozma primarily would update those banned privately.
Virtually all of the senior admins and moderators at SomethingAwful are on the file sites in some capacity to help support and keep them running since the file forums and sites were / are such a huge source of income for Richard Kyanka. As far as we know, the only way that the heads of the associated forums make money now is via their own donation system which is not to believed to be shared with Richard. In essense, there are five major file sharing sites directly tied to the SomethingAwful membership system. It works by requiring you to put a generated sequence of numbers or letters somewhere in your something awful profile.
Here are screenshots of thirteen moderators and admins that as of 10/11/2006 have these numbers in their profiles :
